Short Description

This study explores the link between student problem-solving confidence and the effects of calculator interfaces on a computer and/or mobile devices. This poster presentation looks into how students' confidence levels may change when students are provided with different scientific calculators and then required to complete a calculator basic skills test as part of their undergraduate developmental mathematics course at either a two-year community college or a four-year university.
