Short Description

This round table initiates a discussion about what theories change managers use to promote organizational change. The field of change management acknowledges many different models, but what determines a change manager’s rationale for using a model? This discussion will focus on the theories behind change management models and identify the different schools of thought behind influencing change—individual perspective, group dynamics, and open systems.
