Program Evaluation: Online Teaching in Nursing Faculty Learning Community (FLC)

Short Description

The purpose of this study was to promote the use of Faculty Learning Community (FLC) program by the faculty at the school of Nursing so as to enhance their skill teaching in an online environment. The Kirkpatrick’s model will guide this research that evaluates instructional outcome at four different levels. Findings from both survey and interview revealed a positive outcomes pertaining to faculty attitude toward their participated with the FLC program.
