Short Description

This study examines literature on Open Educational Resources and learners with disabilities using bibliometric analysis. Findings show that research publication on the topic has been increasing and there was a high frequency of journals that mainly dealt with special education or accessibility. In the similar trends of the descriptive analysis, factorial analysis through text mining showed that literature represents OER platform designs and web accessibility, challenges and barriers of current OERs in special education, and pre-service teachers’ awareness in OER implementations.
