Best Possible Selves (BPS) intervention is effective to improve participants’ well-being and optimism, yet few studies have been conducted in the pre-service teacher context. This study applies BPS into a pre-service teacher program to measure the change of their well-being and their will about applying technology in their future teaching. A quasi-experimental method is used, the paired sample T-test and two sample T-test are used to analyze the data.
