Promoting Motivation and Sense of Belongings in a Diversity-focused Professional Development MOOC

Short Description

To recruit and retain more and more diverse students in computing fields, an iteratively designed online professional development course is iteratively designed and offered via MOOC platform for community college CS faculty. In this presentation, we will present how participants motivation and sense of belongings in the MOOC has been changed by design features.
