Short Description

This study employs a qualitative multiple case study research approach. By analyzing learners’ reviews regarding five top-ranked lifelong learning mobile applications and exploring each application’s contents and features, this study aims to determine critical factors that impact learners’ engagement in mobile learning applications and the engagement strategies offered in these applications. The results of the study will provide practical guidelines to design and develop lifelong learning mobile applications to reach high levels of learners’ engagement.
