Short Description

To inspire more teenage girls in high school to pursue a profession in STEM and related fields, three female graduate students in the instructional and design technology field designed interactive videos/lessons using female professionals as persona in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and related careers. Each video is a representation of everyday professional lives of women working in the STEM field today. This presentation will describe the design and development of Girls Meet STEM (GMS).
