International students’ feeling of othering and engagement in online learning

Short Description

This qualitative study is intended to explore international students’ online learning experiences and their feeling of othering to find ways to promote their active engagement and academic success. International students sometimes feel excluded in both face to face and online environment due to lack of language proficiency and cultural differences (Bista, 2016; Choi, 2015). Findings of this study will highlight their feelings and behaviors related to their academic and social engagement in online discussion forum.
