Short Description

Effective negotiation is one of the fundamental competencies to succeed in instructional design and technology (IDT) and especially important for international students and early-career professionals when they engage in cross-cultural conversations at work. As part of an IRB-approved Delphi Study, this panel will discuss strategies to overcome negotiation barriers in IDT graduate studies and practices. We will also present the initial findings of our Delphi study on how to get prepared for cross-cultural IDT careers.
