Short Description

This session will review efforts undertaken to establish a college-wide definition and corresponding monitoring mechanisms for professionalism. The intent is to ensure appropriate level assessment for faculty, preceptors, and staff, with corresponding self-reflection and development opportunities for those in need. Discussion will also include efforts undertaken to foster development in students in didactic, co-curricular, and experiential settings. Insight on plans for implementation and further assessment will be shared.
