The University of Namibia (UNAM) in Windhoek, Namibia and The University of Alabama (UA) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama are interested in pursuing a collaboration between their master’s programs in educational technology and instructional technology, respectively. This presentation unpacks the planning process and explores the influence of institutional and national culture using Cervero and Wilson’s negotiation of power and interests model.
