Using a Digital Canvas to Improve Student Interaction and Engagement in Large Lecture Classes

Short Description

Different from the traditional online discussion board, digital canvas exhibits all the postings in a simulated shelf. This study explores whether the application of a digital canvas delivered by mobile technology encouraged students’ interaction and engagement in the discussions of large lecture classes. The results indicate that employing a digital canvas promoted students’ interactions and engagement.
