In the community college culture, needs often outstrip resources. Instructors of existing, post-QM evaluation online courses may struggle to get eLearning support for reflection and redesign because of more urgent eLearning responsibilities. This round table discussion features a tool that instructors can use independently to reflect upon and determine redesign priorities for their existing online courses, in a thorough and sustainable way.
