This study examines the course design of a face-to-face undergraduate educational technology course for preservice teachers. The design of the course was informed by the local context and the concepts of learning with technology, project-based learning, and instructional design for teachers. The effectiveness of the course design was evaluated using end-of-course feedback and a pre/post survey. Results indicate growth in self-efficacy and knowledge of teaching and technology after the completion of the course.
