This paper presents an action research study focused on using a flipped approach to one-shot library instruction. “One-shot” is a common issue academic librarians face -- lack of time needed to deliver effective library instruction This study examines use of a flipped approach with students in a psychology writing class, comparing students’ responses in various levels of “flipped” settings, as well as their experiences with how the librarian instructor flipped the classroom.
