Short Description

The current study reviews international K-12 teacher exchange programs and their reports from 2011 to 2020. First, we summarize the characteristics of intercultural classrooms, teachers and learners. Adopting the general framework of Community of Practice, we establish a more specialized framework of Community of Practice geared specifically to K-12 Intercultural Educators. This study intends to promote the sharing of insights and experiences among intercultural educators and researchers, and seeks to advance our knowledge about intercultural education.
