Exploring Teacher Candidates’ Cross-cultural Understanding through Virtual Design Teams

In this instructional practice presentation, the author will present a project on engaging teacher candidates in international virtual teams towards instructional design projects, and how it influences teacher candidates’ cross-cultural understanding. Findings and discussion on teacher candidates' experiences in cross-cultural virtual design teams will be shared at the session. Artifacts designed by teacher candidates demonstrating their cross-cultural competency will also be shared with session attendees.
