Place-based learning activities encourage students to examine physical environments and allow teachers to keep their curriculum relevant. Google’s Tour Creator allows teachers to engage students in place-based learning activities through the use and/or development of virtual reality tours. Tours can be accessed via the web or VR headsets. This session will showcase instructional strategies for using Tour Creator in K-12 and higher education classrooms.
