What are established best practices for gathering semi-structured interview data in cross-cultural settings implemented in the field of human performance and workplace learning? Which methods are shared across research and corporate settings? Are there any agreed-upon best practices? In this interactive poster session, the presenters will discuss their preliminary research findings and encourage participants to share their own experiences in a cross-cultural semi-structured interview setting.
