This session dives into creating an instructional design plan based on a custom-made workflow process and slightly modified Backwards Design model (Wiggens & McTighe, 1998). The case study is the development of Level 1 Competency Training for The University of Tennessee Extension’s, Family & Consumer Science employees. The presentation will include the processes, focus on accessibility standards, engagement practices, and assessments included in the development of the eLearning modules.
