Short Description

The use of geospatial tools and techniques offers many ways in which multidisciplinary educational content can be represented and provides opportunities for meaningful learning where students collaborate and share their unique experiences while learning new visual and spatial skills. In this study, Geographic Information Technologies allows discovery of the world for students; from exploring and collecting data from their immediate environments, to sharing their experiences using mapping and storytelling techniques.
