Short Description

With thousands of human resources (HR) professionals across 430+ federal departments, agencies, and sub-agencies, credentialing of HR professionals in government presents a unique challenge. In this design showcase, we share how we designed a critical element of a federal HR curriculum: a situated practicum. We discuss how the need was identified, how an architecture was designed to meet the particular contextual needs and constraints, the frameworks used to design it, and early results from implementation.
