Short Description

WhatsApp is the most popular text messaging in the world averaging one billion daily users many of whom are on university campuses. The has also become a tool of choice to facilitate interactions between teachers and students. In this paper, we explore the use of WhatsApp at the university level. Using universities in Namibian and Indian as context, we explore how WhatsApp uses between university faculty and students.
