The Use of Microlearning in the Workplace in Korea

Short Description

While research shows that microlearning is promising as an effective tool for workplace learning, there is insufficient research to intensively investigate how the microlearning is utilized in the organization. The purpose of this study is to review the current research on microlearning in the workplace and investigate the use of the microlearning in Korea. Employing a qualitative approach, this study explores training managers and learners’ microlearning experience to suggest implications for culturally-situated learning for practice and future research.
