Short Description

Online education support services play a crucial role in the implementation and success of online programs in higher education institutions. However, such units are varied, depend on the culture of the institution, and support online programs in different ways. In this presentation we focus on how leaders of online education support services perceive quality, and what processes they implement to ensure quality in online programs.
