Short Description

It’s important for health science practitioners to know how to share their expertise with others since apprenticeship is an important way to learn their skills. This presentation documented a lesson to teach health science practitioners how to teach. Hands-on activity is incorporated into the lesson according to learners’ career backgrounds. It is beneficial for the instructional designer to design professional development opportunities for professors who are expert in their area, while not good at teaching.
