This Inspire Session invites instructional designers and faculty to join a conversation about the practice of persona creation and how it may encourage a more holistic and empathetic approach to the instructional design process. Attendees will create a personal persona to help inform a discussion about current learner analysis practices in a global economy. Through small group discussion and gamified crowdsourcing, attendees will develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of cross-cultural instructional design learner analyses.
