Designing Reflection Scaffolds To Promote High School Students’ Critical Reflection In A Learn-To-Learn Course Context

Short Description

One of the challenges of promoting critical reflection is to teach students how to conduct reflection. A lack of support in assisting students’ reflective learning always lead to low quality of reflection, and eventually failure of the reflection strategy adoption. Reflection scaffold is a form of assistant created to help high school students understand what is reflection and moreover conduct critical reflection. In this session, challenges of developing reflection scaffold will be shared and discussed.
