International Instructors' Perception of Teaching in United States Universities: Qualitative Research

Short Description

The number of international graduate students in the United States increased every year. Even if international instructors have been in the US for years, they still encounter cultural differences, in terms of teaching philosophy, epistemology, classroom management, etc. The purpose of this study is to describe three female international instructors' teaching behaviors and thoughts on how to manage their classes, motivate students. and provide instructions in online and face-to-face classrooms.
