This literature review study updates educators about the current state of virtual reality (VR) in education. Learners’ and instructors’ descriptions of the importance of REALISM in their VR experience/design of the VR experience are coded, analyzed, and graphically depicted. This poster features an interactive element that asks viewers to decide if a given VR technology will help learners achieve a given learning objective, based on the level of realism that is required in the scenario.
