A 3D VR-enabled Online Orientation for New Graduate Students: Do They Learn Anything?

Short Description

This presentation will introduce a research study on whether some new online graduate students acquired knowledge effectively attending a desktop 3D Virtual Reality Online Orientation (VRO2). We collected quantitative data from participants through pre surveys, post surveys, and handout tests. After a preliminary analysis of the data, we found evidence that provided information about the students’ learning results from VRO2. Audiences who are interested in a virtual reality learning environment will benefit from this presentation.
