Short Description

The United States Coast Guard is a unique blend of cultures ranging from military to law enforcement to humanitarian efforts. Interactive e-learning courseware that is culturally-situated must be effective and timely as large amounts of learning content is condensed into a short amount of time. This proposal consists of four strategies that can be implemented when creating training modules that can be adapted to suit the military culture of the USCG Aviation Training Center.
