This quantitative research study explored the relationship between learner satisfaction with team-based learning (TBL) teaching method and student performance in a team-based learning classroom. Pearson’s correlations revealed that learner satisfaction and its five subscales were all positively correlated with student performance in team-based learning activities. Besides, the subscales of discussion and general satisfaction significantly affected students’ TBL test scores in comparison to the subscales of organization, preparation, and teaching.
