Short Description

Haptic virtual reality technology provides sensory feedback in the form of motions, vibrations, and/or forces. These devices hold promise as training tools for dental students by providing realistic touch feedback that mimics the forces and movements required in clinical dentistry. However, how effective are they compared to traditional methods? Our systematic review examines the efficacy, validity, and reliability of these training tools in dental education.
