Accessibility of electronic learning content is imperative for learners with disabilities as evidenced by lawsuits filed in recent years. Student populations are also increasingly more diverse in various ways. Applying Universal Design for Learning principles and guidelines when developing electronic content for online, hybrid, or flexible learning environments can not only ensure accessibility but also ensure the inclusiveness of diverse learners. This session will provide practical guidance and useful tools for applying these principles and guidelines.
