Short Description

The International Division invites the outstanding researchers and scholars from all over the world, including the award recipients from International Division. The scholars from different cultures will discuss their global views in educational technology with multicultural perspectives. This presentation facilitates presenters and audiences networking and seeking for cross countries/cultures research, and collaborations. The theme for this year is cross cultural online communication and global learning community.
