First Timer's Orientation

Short Description

AECT is always welcoming to all, but no one is more welcome than First-Timers! This Zoom room will feature programming directed towards those participants attending an AECT International Convention for the first time. Orientation materials, information about important events to note, and general navigation support will be featured for this most challenging of conventions. If technologically possible, we will be featuring breakout rooms with different activities and discussions as well as short videos describing and detailing different convention activities. Most importantly, new attendees will be assured that help is always just a chat away and that we take pride in taking care of our people. This will be a fun event with surprises and entertaining icebreakers possible at any time. Be there or be square!
