Short Description

This study aims to determine what kind of feedback/feed-forward intervention that learners expect by learning analytics dashboards (LADs) and to design LADs according to these expectations.
The study consists of 4 phases in which different stakeholders contribute to the design process. The outputs of this study will contribute to both instructional designers, teachers and researchers to gain insight into designing and employing learning analytics according to learner characteristics.
