The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Virtual Reality based parent-teacher conferences on in-service teachers. The immersive parent-teacher conferencing simulation includes virtual parent, virtual counseling room environments, authentic counseling scenarios,s and conversational interaction with a virtual parent. Twenty-four in-service secondary school teachers experienced the simulation and conducted the perceptions of problem behavior and scenario usefulness questionnaire. Facial Expression Analysis was used to identify their attention and engagement.
