Short Description

This presentation will focus on a case study on the implementation of change management strategies within a higher education context. The purpose of the study was to identify successful change management strategies to improve performance on a university policy compliance report. The implementation of change management strategies will enhance the field of change management and performance improvement through practical application in higher education.
