Short Description

A good support system is a crucial element for faculty development. Increased demand for online courses has encouraged institutions to establish a support system to help faculty during the course design process. This research discusses the elements necessary to consider while developing a support system for the faculty. The data for this study was collected by interviewing faculties, department heads, and instructional designers and by reviewing courses. The study highlights components essential for establishing a proper support system.
