Help-seeking occurs when a learner recognizes there is a gap in their comprehension, and they seek assistance to improve their performance. This session presents the findings of a systematic review that explored help-seeking strategies in online learning environments. Help-seeking strategies will be explored through role, relationship, channel, and adaptability dimensions. Results and trends will be presented with recommendations for supporting students in online education.
