This case study explores factors that influence K-12 teachers’ technology use to promote equitable learning. Factors that motivate teachers’ technology use for equitable learning are entirely personal-related, where teachers’ technology value belief and equity belief have a major role to play. Conversely, teachers mainly attributed factors that inhibit their technology use for equitable learning as environmental-related. In which, insufficient technology access, institutional constraints, and lack of support have largely contributed to inhibit teachers’ technology use.
