18. DDL- Using Predictive Analytics to Support Student Success in K-12 Online Courses: A Proposed Intervention Study

Short Description

Researchers have conducted seven educational data mining studies at a single K-12 online program since 2017. With each progressive study, the predictive power and accuracy of the data mining model has improved. The design of a proposed intervention study will be presented for discussion. Additional questions revolve around what type of information shared with teachers will be most effective in improving student outcomes and how best to align intervention types with student needs.
