Short Description

In 2021 we investigated Teacher Candidates (TCs) interactions in a synchronous online STEM Technologies course with an embedded anonymous reddit learning community (LC). In this LC, TCs discussed salient issues facing teachers and, in this session, we will discuss lessons learned and join a social media LCs (SMLC) created for this session. These SMLCs when sustained can improve equity, teacher and student outcomes and can be embedded in all courses on different social media sites.
