The study analyzed technological issues that emanated from implementing courses that transitioned from traditional to online learning settings because of the Covid Pandemic at a state university on the South-west. As repurposed courses went online for the first time, faculty and students experienced issues in the teaching and learning process and it took the assistance of designated instructional designers to help resolve such issues. The study identified and analyzed a wide range of tech issues and investigated how solving them made certain that high quality teaching and learning was maintained in the e-learning setting.
