Short Description

Participants will learn to (re)design a course using M. David Merrill’s First Principles of Instruction based on the second edition of his book. We teach participants the 5 Star process, then they design their own course. Keen participants will leave with completed design documents, confidently prepared to tackle redevelopment tasks. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and/or printed syllabi of the course they want to redesign or design.
