Short Description

In an era of increasing importance of online learning and increasing demands for accountability, we have metrics for assessing and improving individual online courses. But what about the instructional design teams that develop these courses? Come and join as we look at ID Teams, how they are structured, how and why they are assessed, and the metrics that can be used to assess effectiveness and guide improvements of ID Teams at different institutions.
