Short Description

Esports is growing as a viable academic endeavor. As part of an undergraduate credential, a review of literature and media was collected for use as part of a new certificate program in esports at Boise State University. This review focuses on suitability for reading assignments in an online program and examines current major trends in research. Gaps in literature and directions for future study are discussed.
